At Krishna Devi Girls Degree College the students are subjected to various activities which are essential for their overall development and also caters to the objectives of the Management committee the following are some of the initiatives taken up by the college.

1) National Services Scheme (NSS): Launched by the ministry of sports & youth affairs, Government of India in 1969. College is actively involved in carrying out of NSS activities for serving the humanity by various initiatives like blood donation, organizing the sanitation drive in the slums and villages, participating in different types of camps at various states in the India and even representing the state of the utter Pradesh at national and international level ( China). Community service drive by organizing the literacy camps at rural sectors, participating in the government initiatives e.g. eradication of photo drive and awareness in Aids, environmental pollution and Polio spreading awareness for contemporary problems of Indian society.

2) Red Ribbon Club: HIV and AIDS are spreading at a faster rate that it is taking the whole world in its grip. To day’s society especially youth has to be made aware of this modern disease of the world. Only educated youth can save the nation from this deadly disease. Our college has established Red Ribbon Club with the help of NSS in collaboration with Uttar Pradesh Aids Control Society. Constitution of the club is an under:-

This club will train the students of college with the help of trained member of the club. There trained students are making society aware about the causes and prevention of HIV and AIDS. Club in organizing seminar etc. for HIV and AIDS awareness. In this way our students are working hard in making nation free from AIDS and HIV.

3) Inter college competition: Krishna Devi Girls Degree College endeavors to inculcate in its students the awareness and the motivation for self development as well as physical activities for healthy and happy living. Various cultural activities are organized and participated by the students Activities like folk dance, Debates, Quizzes, poster completion, Rangoli Competition, Essay Competition, extempore etc. are organized and participated in the college.

Apart from indoor activities outdoor activities like martials art training are also organized for self-defence of the females the initiative for the same is taken up by "The Mahila Ayoog".

4) organizing seminars & workshop: Krishna Devi Girls Degree College is dedicated for the development of its students (girls ) both academically and professionally. Working on its ideology , the college invites professionals from the corporate as well as other public domains for interacting with the students . Thus exposing the students to the various corporate norms and disbursing the knowledge for facing the future challenges. Seminar on computer literary, entrepreneurship development, awareness on different contemporary problems of present Indian society are organized occasionally in the college in collaboration with different bodies

5). National cadet corps: From this coming session NCC unit is also introduced in the college.
